Clashes between two sides in Pakistan, 32 killed

Conflicts between the two factions in Pakistan resulted in at least 32 fatalities and 25 injuries, according to police.

The incident happened on Saturday night, November 23, in the Kurram district in northwest Pakistan. Sectarian conflicts between the Sunni majority and Shia minority have long existed in Pakistan.

Gunmen shot at cars transporting Shia Muslims on a Khyber Pakhtunkhwa highway a few days ago. This attack claimed the lives of at least forty-two persons. Nobody took credit for the attack on the bus.
